Kristylee and Chris opted for an intimate beachside wedding at KL’s family holiday home in Shoalwater Bay. The balcony overlooks Penguin Island, the stuff childhood memories are made of.
I met Chris during my planner days when we both worked for the Environmental Protection Authority. When Chris introduced KL to me, I knew they were the perfect duo. They both chatted eagerly about their next travels together. Guatemala was on their list and it was, as it turns out, where they got engaged.
Now that I’m a wedding photographer, it’s a huge honour to be a part of my friends weddings in a whole new way – helping refine the schedule, suggesting favourite locations for photos and, more importantly, laughing and crying with them as they celebrate their union.
Chris and Kristylee chose to celebrate with their family and closest friends. Eating cake and drinking champagne at the family home, followed by a stroll on the beach, and a low-key reception in historical Fremantle.
Congratulations KL and Chris. I loved being a part of your special day.
