Editorial Engagement Photoshoot in Montreal

It’s always such an incredible honour when another photographer asks me to document key moments in their life. In this blog post, I’ll be sharing images from my editorial engagement session with Vanessa and Stanley that was photographed in a studio in St-Henri, Montreal. 

I’ve known Vanessa for a few years but this was my first time meeting Stanley. They’re such a dynamic couple. Vanessa is a Montreal based photographer, operating under her artist name Noire Mouliom. Her portraiture is truly poetic. Stanley is the founder of BeCurious Studio, an award-winning creative agency specialising in web and mobile design. They met in New York, one of my favourite cities in the world.

In August this year, I will be photographing Vanessa and Stanley's wedding. It will take place at La Toundra Hall surrounded by the beautiful Floralies Gardens on île Notre-Dame. The couple chose this location as their wedding venue, which has floor to ceiling glass walls and is surrounded by nature, but still with a view of Montreal. I absolutely cannot wait.
